Return Policy

Do you want to withdraw from your purchase within the statutory 14-day cooling-off period?

Please use our Returns & Cancellations service to submit your withdrawal request. You do not have to provide a reason.

After submitting your request, you have 14 days to return the products.

The direct cost of return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the product was damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied.

Products may be inspected only as necessary to determine their nature and characteristics. If a product has been used, applied or damaged beyond what is necessary for inspection, a reduction in value may be deducted from the refund.
