Not satisfied with your order? No problem. You can return your order within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging.
Conditions
- The product is unused and undamaged
- The product is in its original, unopened packaging
- The return request is submitted within 14 days of receipt
How to return?
- Send an email to info@carimprasso.com with your order number and the reason for return
- You will receive a confirmation and further instructions within 2 business days
- Send the product to the address provided
- After receipt and inspection, the amount will be refunded within 5 business days
Exceptions
Custom-made or personalised products cannot be returned, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
